Nikki Staley, founder of Staley Health, has a Doctorate degree in Philosophy, specialising in Metaphysical Science. Born in Melbourne, she is an accredited Holistic Counsellor and Reiki Master. In 2010 Nikki relocated Staley Health to Torquay, where she now resides with her family. She describes life on the Surf Coast as “feeling like I am on one long holiday”

Nikki's first experience with meditation was at the age of 15 when her parents started practicing Transcendental Meditation. Years later during a life changing moment, she had the urge to revisit meditation. It was at this time her father introduced her to the cultivation of Tao. She studied with a Tao Master and other Tao cultivators for a number of years, learning advanced metaphysical and spiritual techniques for enlightenment and Buddhism at the Tara Institute in Melbourne. This training had a profound effect, creating an inner transformation which inspired her to complete her counselling studies. Since then she has been working with individuals and small groups as a counsellor and spiritual teacher. “My passion and focus for helping others helps me achieve my mission and purpose to bring peace and happiness to all beings”.

“When clients come to me for assistance it's not always for counselling or physical healing. I assist people in achieving their goals and creating pathways for realising their dreams. Some of my clients are already doing very well in their lives but are just wanting to improve either their financial position, business, marriage or health goals”.
