Sarah Elise, founder of She is Earth, has been using essential oils for as long as she can remember. As she became more aware of the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical benefits, she began to create her own blends to share with family, friends and her children.

As a mother of three young children, Sarah found it challenging to find the time and energy to return to her work as a yoga instructor, so she focused on creating these special blends from home. She is Earth was officially established in 2018, and has given Sarah the space to be creative, connect with nature and share her love of essential oils with others, especially other women. “It’s in my soul to share and it lights me up to support women so they can learn, grow and feel connected.”

Passionate about living a holistic and mindful life and honouring the gifts Mother Nature provides, the essential oils are sourced from plants, trees and flowers in the most ethical way, and each bottle is made with pure intention and love.

What made you decide to operate your business here?

“We had just moved back to the Surf Coast after traveling around Australia to find where we wanted to raise our family. We love this coastline and it gives us everything we need; an amazing community, like minded friends, and the ocean. My partner is a local builder and my main role is to raise our children, which left teaching yoga a challenge. This is where She is Earth began, something that I could put my heart and soul into at home while I nurture my children.”

“Our most popular product is the She is Grounded mist, I love that this is the most popular and that so many people want to feel grounded. It’s full of earthy tones like rosemary, lavender, frankincense, vetiver, cardamon, black pepper and cedarwood.”
